Financial securities and instruments, many of which can be used both for investing and for collateral, are the primary content of this course. Every security and instrument described in the statutes is defined and examined in terms of liquidity, safety, and yield. Participants meet and get to know the "T-bill", "Mae", "Mac", and other financial families. Cousins, in-laws, and out-laws also make an appearance. Oklahoma Statutes and Oklahoma State Treasurer administrative rules are also covered.
