There are essential skills necessary to supervise employees. This course helps participants discover how they naturally supervise, learn the value of understanding their own thinking style and notice others’ styles, discover the value of giving great feedback, and see examples of the power of empathic listening. We will work through motivators and de-motivators in the workplace and how to lead change in your team.
