Purchasing I must be completed before taking Purchasing II. In this class, the focus discusses different purchasing situations and how the Oklahoma Statutes provide direction. How to prepare a bid and writing specifications are presented. The class also provides the requirements of analyzing a bid and making recommendations. Tracking inventory and disposing of property are also covered. Several class exercises help emphasize the presentation.
