You will learn how to develop your supervisor mindset (changing your paradigm to learn how to develop this mindset), hold consistent 1-on-1 feedback sessions to help people get and stay engaged, help your team understand why things are done the way they are, learn about establishing a culture of giving and receiving feedback, lead your team through change, and manage your own time and energy so you can be an effective leader.
