Primarily for Court Clerks and their employees, this course provides the procedure for carrying out the duties of the District Court Clerk's office while complying with statutes regarding confidential court records. Participants gain a better understanding of the constitutional basis of confidentiality and a greater insight into making decisions regarding confidentiality of district court records.

We will require camera and microphone for Zoom classes. Note: when more than one person is taking a class at their site and sitting in the same room, they can share the camera and mic.
