This 3 -hr course is designed as an introduction to the Oklahoma Purchasing Act. The course is a brief review of the roles and responsibility of all elected officials and purchase officers. The procedures as required in Title 19, County Purchasing Act and Title 61, Competitive bidding will be highlighted. Other topic will be inventory and disposal.

We will require camera and microphone for Zoom classes. Note: when more than one person is taking a class at their site and sitting in the same room, they can share the camera and mic.
