Supervisory Skills II (6 Hours) This course builds on Supervisory Skills I and explores 4 areas of supervision that are critical to creating a great work environment. These 4 areas are: " Understanding & Leading the Generations " Using a Coaching Style of Leadership " Building a Team Oriented, Positive Vortex Culture " Leading with Integrity & Ethics We will discuss how to help your teams work better together by understanding each other more effectively. We will explore a few leadership models and take a deep look into coaching as a supervisor/leader. We will also discuss how to build a positive culture that people want to work in. Last, we will wrap up by considering integrity and ethics and why these are so important, especially in public service.
