This course aids in learning to transition from the mindset of being an individual contributor to a supervisor. Topics to be explored will include developing your supervisor mindset (changing your paradigm to learn how to develop this mindset), learning about holding consistent 1-on-1 feedback sessions to help people get and stay engaged, helping your team understand why things are done as they are done, learning about establishing a culture of giving and getting feedback, leading your team through change and managing your own time and energy so you can be an effective leader.
