This course is for court clerks and their employees. You will study the duties of the district court clerk's office while learning about statutes regarding confidential court records. You will explore the constitutional basis of confidentiality and the importance of preserving the integrity of the Open Records Act. This course is statute-oriented for greater insight into making decisions and identifying the confidentiality of district court records by statute or court order.

We will require camera and microphone for Zoom classes. Note: when more than one person is taking a class at their site and sitting in the same room, they can share the camera and mic.
